If you are going to be staying in Kolding for a shorter period and have not brought your furniture along, we can offer some lovely bright furnished apartments. The apartments are located on the ground floor of Metropolis, Kløvervej 44, 6000 Kolding.
Studio apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. The property has a shared launderette and free gym facilities. Storage room for each apartment.

Comes with a sofa bed or a ‘box mattress’ bed. Also, a sofa table, desk, dining table with chairs and a shelf. TV: Smart TV connected to the internet. TV-channels can be added via Stofanet. Lamps and blinds. Small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a fridge and crockery.

What is the price:

The price depends on the rental period and what services are agreed upon. Shorter rental periods are available. Please enquire for details.
Example: From DKK 2,450.00 for one week.
DKK 7,750.00 per month, requires a minimum duration of 2 months.
DKK 6,850.00 per month, requires a minimum duration of 6 months.

In addition to the rent, the tenant pays:

Nothing. The rent includes utilities (heating, water, electricity) and internet.
Gym facilities. Free 24/7 so that the resident can use it 24/7.
The tenant must bring their own: Blankets, bedding, towels, etc.

Options:

Bedding and linens: We can offer a package for DKK 650.00 that includes duvets, pillows, bedding, towels and tea towels.
